LEADERSHIP IN 4 DIRECTIONS
The Leadership in 4 Directions Workshop is a versatile and comprehensive leadership development course designed to be completed in a single day or extended over several months, depending on the client’s schedule and budget. We all lead in “4 directions” – we lead ourselves, we lead our peers, we lead others, and we lead our boss.
Having a model for leadership is critical for leaders at all levels and helps to emphasize that leadership is a life-long journey of development, growth, change management, overcoming challenges.
Each session focuses on different aspects of leadership, emphasizing group discussion, collaborative exercises, and problem-solving. By using mastermind groups, powerful reflection questions, short readings, and additional resources we help build a strong professional network that each person can call upon when faced with a question or challenge.
Participants will explore foundational leadership lessons, self-leadership techniques, peer leadership strategies, team leadership skills, considerations for leading up. The final session involves creating a personalized Leadership Blueprint, reflecting on key lessons from each session for ongoing professional development.
